VACUUM & SEAL

1. Type ketebalan plastik harus 80micron:
Vacuum+Seal: vacuum emboss
2. Potong mulut plastik secara lurus
3. Tatakan supaya mulut plastik rata dan bisa di letakkan dengan mudah
4. Setting mulut plastik:
a. Posisi tengah patokan nozzle no: 3
b. Mulut maximum di gabus dinding dalam vacuum chamber
5. Tutup pelan, tanpa tekan (tanpa CLICK)
6. Tekan KANAN BAWAH - sampai bunyi CLICK
7. Tekan KIRI BAWAH - sampe bunyi CLICK - jangan angkat2 mesin lagi
8. Lampu SEAL dan VAS SEAL akan nyala 2 detik (biarkan sampai mati)
9. Tekan VAS SEAL selama 2 detik lalu lepas
10. Mesin akan men vacuum
11. Mesin akan men seal

*jika process no 10 gagal, langsung tekan VAS SEAL supaya stop operasi
lalu ulangi process 1 lagi
- penting: jika tidak mau kebuang plastik pas masa coba coba

Semua process lakukan dengan Pelan-pelan

Cara Buka:
1. Tekan pelan2 sisi KIRI - unlock
2. Tekan pelan2 sisi KANAN - unlock
mencegah locking plastiknya loncat dan patah

Vacuum dari Belakang: (Untuk test mesin atau vacuum toples)
1. Masuki konektor selang ke belakang mesin
2. Tekan sedikit sampai masuk
3. Ulangi process tutup No. 5-7
4.
a. Untuk Test: letakan ke genggam tangan - akan menvacuum
b. Untuk Toples: letakan uzun selang ke toples yg khusus bisa di vacuum
5. Tekan VAS SEAL selama 2 detik lalu lepas
(jika process ini bekerja, artinya mesin tidak mengalami kerusakan, dan bisa ulangi process vacuum dan seal no. 1-11)

Seal:
1. Letakan Plastik polos atau emboss ke mesin
2. Setting bagian mana yg perlu di seal di bagian garis seal
3. Tutup pelan, tanpa tekan (tanpa CLICK)
4. Tekan KANAN BAWAH - sampai bunyi CLICK
5. Tekan KIRI BAWAH - sampe bunyi CLICK - jangan angkat2 mesin lagi
9. Lampu SEAL dan VAS SEAL akan nyala 2 detik (biarkan sampai mati)
10. Tekan SEAL, dan tunggu sampai process selesai sekitar 5 detik
